This faculty role is dedicated to advancing excellence in clinical care, research, and medical education with a focus on male infertility and reproductive health.Position SummaryThe Urology Associate Professor will provide expert clinical services, teach residents and fellows, and contribute to innovative research in reproductive urology. This position offers the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding institute within a leading academic medical center known for academic excellence, advanced patient care, and cutting-edge research.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Director of Reproductive Urology within the Department of UrologyProvide attending physician services at:University of Miami Hospital and Clinics (UMHC)Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH)Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC)Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urology care, including surgical servicesSupervise residents and fellows in ambulatory, inpatient, and operating room settingsProvide urology consultations and participate in emergency on-call coveragePerform clinical duties through the University of Miami Medical Group (UMMG)Contribute to academic research and scholarly activity in reproductive urologyQualificationsM.D. from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of approved urology residency training programBoard-certified/Board-eligible in urologyLicensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of FloridaFellowship training or extensive experience in Reproductive Medicine and Male InfertilityDemonstrated excellence in clinical care, teaching, and researchStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to academic medicine and advancing patient care, education, and scholarshipThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a prestigious academic institution and play a central role in expanding excellence in reproductive urology.
