OverviewKPMG Advisory practice is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Workday HCM/Payroll for our Consulting practice. This role focuses on Workday Payroll projects in the healthcare domain within KPMG US.ResponsibilitiesLead Workday Payroll Projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applicationsSupport business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; collaborate with appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industriesLead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsSupervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagementsManage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policiesQualificationsMinimum of three years of recent ERP, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with a completion of one full implementation with Workday Payroll; must be certified in Workday PayrollBachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university/collegeFunctional Payroll Certification (FPC) from American Payroll Association or equivalent from global payroll associations or prior demonstrated certification preferredDetailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionalityTravel as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the futureDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: General BusinessKPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
