We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of our citrus products by conducting thorough inspections throughout our operations. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Collect and grade fruit samples for quality assessment.
Accurately record and input data into the system.
Identify product defects and promptly notify management.
Recommend adjustments to existing quality or production standards to improve product quality.
Assist in the continuous development and improvement of the Quality Control Program.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including data entry.
Flexibility to work long and varied shifts.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature changes.
Basic math skills, including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods during the shift.
Ability to work with close, distance, and color vision.
