In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, develop executive-level materials, and support the rhythms of business that keep the organization aligned and moving forward. You will play a key role in storyboarding and authoring executive-level presentations, researching and writing whitepapers, conducting detailed analyses, and driving cross-functional initiatives that strengthen Paradigm’s operational excellence and strategic decision-making. You will also contribute to project execution, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain visibility into all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations. What You Will Do and What You Need to Succeed are described below. Responsibilities Hire, train, mentor, coach & retain team members to support the strategy function. Identify, define & build processes that improve the quality, delivery, risk management and cost-management of the team. Develop and maintain executive-level materials, including storyboards for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Steering Committee (SteerCo) decks, whitepapers, and strategic communications for internal and external audiences. Lead the planning and execution of Paradigm’s rhythms of business, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and met. Conduct market, competitive, and internal business analyses to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Build and leverage advanced Microsoft Excel models to complete detailed financial and business analyses that support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and other key initiatives. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies, business cases, and operational plans. Oversee and/or lead project execution for cross-functional initiatives, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and escalating risks to ensure milestones are achieved. Create clear and compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate insights, recommendations, and progress on both strategic initiatives and project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, surface potential issues early, and ensure smooth adoption of strategic projects. Lead and track company-wide strategic initiatives to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability across teams. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed on industry trends, business operations best practices, and emerging opportunities to strengthen Paradigm’s strategic position. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or project execution in a cross-functional environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex data into clear recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning to support business and AOP initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to develop compelling storyboards, executive presentations, and written deliverables. Exceptional research, writing, storyboarding, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and distill complex concepts into actionable insights. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical, and external partner teams.
