Description Lead creative efforts and campaigns for Apple’s financial services, and any product or feature launches associated with those brands. Working across subject areas, you will integrate strategies and messaging for brand campaigns, digital performance efforts, social and owned channels, and new mediums of communication. You will also guide other creatives to do their best work and to support each other’s strengths. Lead and oversee conceptual development and creative execution of your creative team Inspire, review, and empower the creation of thoughtful campaigns for your team Present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives, and articulate concepts with energy and enthusiasm Collaborate with your Creative Director partner to obsess about creative ideas that are crafted to be disruptive, elevated, and effective Work with project managers to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and that deadlines are met Minimum Qualifications 15+ years experience driving, concepting, and creative directing in a creative, advertising, and/or design environment. 5+ years experience overseeing creative teams in some management capacity. Shown success in creative management and leadership, working with senior partners. Provide a portfolio of work demonstrating integrated campaigns in mediums including film advertising, social media, photography, design, and performance marketing. Industry experience in developing integrated campaigns, earned media efforts, and social‑first thinking. Preferred Qualifications Creative work history demonstrating award‑winning, culturally impactful marketing communication and/or advertising campaigns. Have led highly crafted work demonstrating concepting, creative directing and producing major marketing, communication, or advertising campaigns. Passionate about exceptional work that is thoughtful, meaningful, and at times, provocative. Proven track record of effective, empathetic management of creative teams. Dedicated to working in a creative and dynamic environment and embrace the opportunity to continuously enhance the Apple brand. Experience in a quick moving and cross‑functional focused environment. Ability to collaborate, build consensus, and drive a vision across a wide range of cross‑functional partners. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $218,100 and $327,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
