Ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate to influence senior leadership. Ability to structure and solve analytical problems. Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously, and bringing clarity and structure. Excellent financial modeling skills, with the ability to understand trends and develop insights. About The Job Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. The work, whether modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by leaders to make strategic company decisions. Leading multiple projects, you focus on details while tackling big‑picture challenges. As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you will lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. The role will provide senior‑level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support. In this role, you will support and inform business performance and strategic priorities and will support sales strategy operationalization from a finance perspective. You will deliver performance insights in partnership with cross‑functional partners. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $113,000‑$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range is determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Responsibilities Drive business strategy and accountability through delivery of key insights on drivers of performance. Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders across markets on business performance, focusing on key growth drivers. Provide thought leadership and insights on incremental business growth. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand drivers of performance and support activation of key sales strategies through regular tracking and monitoring of progress. Communicate insights to senior audiences by simplifying technical complexity. Partner with cross‑finance teams, sharing best practices and leveraging infrastructure across teams.
