Für den gezielten Ausbau unseres Human-Impact-Bereichs suchen wir eine herausragende Persönlichkeit als Vice President People & Culture, die mit Weitblick, Resilienz und innerem Antrieb eine neue Kultur des professionellen Ehrenamts mitgestaltet. Aufgaben Strategische Verantwortung für den Bereich People & Culture innerhalb des Dachverbands Aufbau und Steuerung moderner HR‑Strukturen für ein digitales Ehrenamtssystem Entwicklung von Fortbildungs‑ und Weiterbildungsangeboten für Ehrenamtliche in Kooperation mit Fachpartnern Förderung einer motivierenden, werteorientierten Verbandskultur Aufbau von Prozessen für Personalgewinnung, Engagementbindung und Leadership‑Entwicklung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bundesvorstand in strategischen Personalfragen Einrichtung eines ständigen Austauschformats mit den ehrenamtlichen Personalleitungen der DEHIB‑Mitgliedsorganisationen Qualifikation Ausgeprägte intrinsische Motivation und Belastbarkeit in dynamischem Umfeld Strategischer Weitblick, Organisationstalent und hohe Eigenverantwortung Erfahrung im HR‑, Leadership‑ oder Organisationsentwicklungsbereich (auch aus dem privaten oder gemeinnützigen Umfeld) Freude daran, neue Strukturen aufzubauen und Menschen zu begeistern Verlässlichkeit, Integrität und Begeisterung für professionelle Verbandsarbeit Bereitschaft, sich auch in der Weihnachts‑ und Übergangszeit aktiv einzubringen Benefits Die Möglichkeit, den Aufbau eines deutschlandweiten Modells für professionelles Ehrenamt aktiv mitzugestalten Ein zukunftsweisendes, dynamisches und professionelles Arbeitsumfeld Direkten Zugang zur strategischen Ebene des Verbands Perspektive auf langfristige Führungsverantwortung im zivilgesellschaftlichen Sektor Vertragliche Übernahmegarantie in eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Anstellung in einer DEHIB‑Wirtschaftseinheit Allgemeine Hinweise zur Stelle: Ehrenamtliche Leitungsposition mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Bundesvorstand Einsetzung: durch Beschluss des Bundesvorstandes am 3.
