My client is a market leader in chemical manufacturing. They are looking for a Customer Service Rep to add to their team. p>
Description
- Work closely with existing company clients via phone, video, and email.
- Respond to, answer and direct phone calls to the right points of contact.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant technical field. Engineering degree's also welcome.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
- Language Skills: li>
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Excel and other computer programs. li>

- Must be able to commute to Westborough 5 days per week.
