System One is seeking a Maintenance Leadman for a Fabrication Engineering company in the Tulsa, OK area. This is a Contract/Hire opportunity. Pay is BOE (based on experience). Job Summary
The Maintenance Leadman is responsible for effective day to day supervision of all maintenance personnel. Dispatch and maintain all equipment and materials in order to obtain optimum efficiency, safety, quality and timely implementation of work. Ensure the most effective utilization of materials and equipment.
Essential Functions Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”
Represents the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”
Responsible for day-to-day supervision of all maintenance personnel.
Dispatch and maintain all equipment and materials; ensure equipment is running appropriately.
Update and ensure maintenance plan for all shop related equipment is current; ensure timely repairs to equipment is maintained and schedule not disrupted.
Ability to super coach and mentor personnel in the maintenance department.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot all fabrication equipment and vehicles.
Understands and enforces all Safety Policies.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience 5+ years' experience maintaining fabrication equipment and powered industrial trucks (PIT); prior supervisory experience required.
Prior related experience and/or training in a fabrication or machine shop environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented.
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to interact and communicate well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Obtain and maintain an active status within the drug testing program.
Work involves standing and walking for extended periods of time. Work may include frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping and occasional climbing on to equipment and/or trailers.
Work may include occasional pushing, pulling, or carrying objects weighing a minimum of 35 pounds to a maximum of 50 pounds, with assistance, such as raw or fabricated material, equipment, or tools.
Occasional overtime may be required to ensure project deadlines are met.
