Work arrangement includes outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekend shifts. Flexibility with telemedicine and in-person visits. Competitive compensation with above-market potential, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Administrative support and access to modern offices and digital technology are provided.Compensation: Above-market range from $300,000 to $390,000 plus a cash-based incentive plan.We also offer full benefits: W2 health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, CME reimbursement, and additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional).Fully licensed in one or more US states, board eligible/board certified, and an unencumbered DEA are preferred for Adult Psychiatrists.
