If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Wall wants to hear from you Qualifications & Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field Prior experience in Admissions in a long‑term care setting Possess a passion for marketing and building census Records information concerning inquiries, admissions and discharges and assists with daily census reports Coordinates the inquiry process, facilitating admission assessment and the admission process including all required paperwork Appropriately notifies facility representatives of admission updates Keep a monthly record of census, matching numbers with the Business Office to ensure accuracy at the end of each month Provide information on referral leads, admissions, and discharges on a weekly basis or as requested Communicates effectively with the Social Security Department, Nursing and Business Office regarding bed availability Evaluates referrals to determine admission candidacy, including visiting referrals at home or involved with community agency as appropriate Maintain close contact with all referral sources Notify hospitals of bed availability regularly Positive, energetic, and creative individual Ability to work independently or part of a group Computer knowledge Schedule & Benefits Schedule: Full‑time, day shift, including weekend Manager on Duty rotation Comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career growth and advancement Complete Care at Wall is an equal opportunity employer.
