Manager, IT Infrastructure Due Diligence, M&A Strategy KPMG US Join to apply for the Manager, IT Infrastructure Due Diligence, M&A Strategy role at KPMG US. Responsibilities Provide high level administrative support to the firm’s senior practice and process leaders interacting frequently with senior leadership and external clients. Manage and maintain complex calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare time and expense reports and reconcile credit card statements. Handle the highest level of confidential information while managing multiple and competing tasks. Exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment while making decisions and formulating procedures. Qualifications Minimum of five years external consulting experience for a technology/business consulting firm or a combination of external consulting and technology industry experience, including a track record of driving major IT‑related business change, proficiency in IT related M&A integrations/separations, logical strategy development, systems life cycle management, data modeling, and architecture visioning. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university/college. Proficiency in IT infrastructure best practices and the essential requirements necessary to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions and standards. Deep understanding of the technical requirements needed to design, construct, and manage data center and server room environments, as well as to deploy, manage and maintain information technology solutions, including UNIX servers, Windows servers, Linux servers, SAN, NAS and virtualization. Previous project management experience with the ability to prioritize/organize diverse material and excellent foundational consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, strong executive presence, facilitation and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
