Job Title: CNA About Us: As you know if you've already worked as a caregiver, caregiving can be a demanding job that requires compassion, patience, and sometimes the willingness to work nights or weekends. We take care of our caregivers the way we want them to take care of our clients.If you work with Altra Homecare, we'll make sure you have fair pay, all the training you need, a supervisor who will always have your back, and the best schedule/hours we can.What the job includes:Helping clients, typically seniors or people with disabilities, live a rewarding daily life.Assisting clients with basic daily tasks, transfer assistance and bathing assistance.Being a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companionBeing attentive to clients' needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health riskWhat you need to be successful: Experience as a caregiver is helpful bur not required - We can train you (ability to use hoyer lift).A strong work ethic and willingness to lean quicklyCompassion for and interest in people from all walks of lifeDependability and integrityPhysical ability to complete the demands of the jobAn HHA or CNA license is a nice-to-have, but not necessaryBenefits: Competitive weekly pay ($13-$17/hr)Overtime and Holiday payFlexible work scheduleComprehensive health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceDirect Deposit.
