What You'll Do: Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM, and help provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience. Communicate well with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions. Prepare to cover any and/or all Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager's absence. Education and Training: High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications. Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities. Other Info: Two years experience in the retail industry preferred. Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.
