OverviewSales and Marketing Director at Oakmont of Silver Creek, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. Relocation package offered. Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000 plus monthly bonuses. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.Oakmont of Silver Creek is part of Oakmont Management Group, with communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada. We provide high-quality, compassionate care with five-star services and amenities, supporting residents in maintaining independence. Our culture emphasizes authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience.The Sales and Marketing Director will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through moving into their new home.
