We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX.
Job Description
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, completing established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period, and performing all aspects of respiratory care to include diagnostic tests of the cardio-pulmonary system.
Responsibilities
\u2022 Performs all aspects of respiratory care to include diagnostic tests of the cardio-pulmonary system
\u2022 Performs quality control on all respiratory care equipment to include I-STAT blood gas analyzers
\u2022 Provides respiratory care to patients
\u2022 Completes established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period
Requirements
\u2022 Graduate of an AMA accredited respiratory care program
\u2022 RCP or equivalent State licensure
\u2022 CRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, STABLE, and NRP certifications
\u2022 Preferred: RRT
