Acceleration Partners is seeking an experienced senior-level digital marketing professional with leadership experience to autonomously manage cross-regional teams for our influencer marketing practice, serving as a high-level client-facing liaison and escalation point for AP and client teams. The candidate will have strong experience in developing and managing KPI-driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies, with working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape including affiliate marketing. The role requires the ability to direct comprehensive strategy as well as lead, manage, and hold teams accountable. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of client service to drive client happiness, retention, and growth KPIs, while also coaching and developing direct reports on client service and communication best practices, team retention, staffing and resourcing. A key focus is monitoring trends, ensuring synergies and alignment, and continually improving processes and establishing best practices. Top 5 Job Responsibilities PORTFOLIO GROWTH (STRATEGY, EXECUTION, PERFORMANCE AND EXPANSION) - Provide high-level strategic guidance and partnership to teams to meet program goals, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities for scope expansion. Lead development of expansion proposals and client outreach. Focus on YoY growth KPIs. LEAD, MANAGE AND HOLD YOUR TEAM ACCOUNTABLE - Oversee account teams, mentor and coach, identify training needs, and manage performance. Monitor team happiness and retention, and address issues with stakeholders. Navigate regional nuances in people management. SUPERIOR CLIENT SERVICE (COMMUNICATION, SATISFACTION, AND RETENTION) - Build strong client relationships at multiple levels, manage client escalations, and ensure outputs and communication reflect the AP standard to drive client trust and retention (target NPS 8+). RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND PROFITABILITY - Manage monthly utilization, staffing plans, and portfolio profitability. Adjust scopes and identify new opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining high retention. INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to scale the business, share information promptly, lead process improvements, mitigate risks, and keep leadership informed. What Success Looks Like BY 6 MONTHS – Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple influencer programs across regions and account teams with minimal guidance from the Director. Strong client relationships, growth in influencer programs, and effective internal coaching without micromanagement. Profitability and client satisfaction aligned with 8+ Net Promoter Score. BY 1 YEAR – Autonomously accountable for program and regional performance. Programs meet or exceed client expectations; expansions pursued and where appropriate, client retention secured; deliverables are high quality and client satisfaction remains 8+. Minimum Qualifications & Skills 6+ years of digital marketing and agency experience Bachelor’s degree required Proven leadership track record with experience interviewing, hiring, developing, coaching, and performance management of direct reports Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of influencer campaigns for consumer products/services Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing work together Experience with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, etc.) preferred Knowledge of affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, etc.) preferred Ability to travel up to 25%, including international locations Analytical mindset with data analysis and reporting skills Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort with reporting and analytics Outstanding customer service skills Independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker with ability to develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies Why Acceleration Partners?
