br>We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage a wide range of health issues, and promote overall wellness. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Work with an established patient base and experienced healthcare team.
- Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, respiratory conditions, and mental health issues.
- Preventive Care: Promote preventive healthcare practices, including vaccinations, screenings, and wellness check-ups. br>- Family Care: Provide medical care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics, addressing the unique needs of each age group.
- Coordination of Care: Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient care. br>- Patient Education: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
