OverviewWe are seeking a detailed-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Tax Analyst at our Stamford, CT office. This position is Hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office.About Crane NXTCrane NXT is a premier industrial technology company that provides proprietary and trusted technology solutions to secure, detect, and authenticate what matters most to its customers. It\'s sophisticated electronic equipment and associated software leverage proprietary core capabilities with detection and sensing technologies.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of US Federal corporate income tax returns under the guidance of senior tax professionals.Work on tax provision calculations and assist in the preparation of financial statement tax footnotes.Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and provisions.Maintain tax account roll-forward schedules.Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze financial data and calculate tax liabilities.Perform research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with current laws.Maintain organized documentation and workpapers to support tax filings.Assist in ad-hoc tax projects and assignments as needed.Role RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required with 3+ years relevant corporate tax experienceExperience with ONESOURCE Income Tax and Tax Provision software packagesStrong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervisionCompensationPay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.BenefitsIn addition to pay, a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k), vacation time, sick time and paid holidaysAdditional DetailsCrane NXT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
