As an associate, you won’t be thrown into the deep end or left to figure everything alone. You’ll receive mentorship with one‑on‑one check‑ins, case reviews, and chairside coaching when needed. You’ll have the tools to grow quickly: high‑level tech (CBCT, CEREC, 3‑D printing, in‑house milling), a strong new patient flow (70+ per month), and a diverse patient base spanning blue‑collar families to white‑collar professionals. We’re intentional about treating every patient with empathy and dignity and value clear, compassionate communication. We’re preparing for growth: a brand‑new, ground‑up facility is planned to open tentatively in 2028 with 11 operating rooms and space for expanded services.
