Assist attorneys in preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Manage large volumes of complex data and documents, ensuring they are organized and accessible. Coordinate and manage timelines for various stages of litigation. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials, providing updates and information as needed. Participate in client meetings and depositions, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow‑up actions. Qualifications Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a paralegal focusing on plaintiff litigation. Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program or equivalent education and training. Exceptional legal research skills with a strong understanding of legal terminology and principles. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technology tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal concepts clearly. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
