Milgard is seeking Assembly Workers to join our team in Temecula, CA.. As an Assembly Worker, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in a variety of Assembly and Production job task for the leading window manufacturer in the Western United States.

This is a 2nd Shift opportunity starting at 5pm with possible mandatory overtime as required. If you are looking for career in a fast paced, environment, then this could be the perfect role for you

The Assembly Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within their specific department. Some key functions include:

* Ensure the following commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Damages, and Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping.

* Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures.

* Reflects Milgard's Core Values: Focus on the Customer, Cultivate High Performance Teams, Respect for the Individual, Continuously Improve, and Drive for Results.

**Requirements**

Working in the warehouse does require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

* One year of similar work experience (Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse)

* Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure

* Experience with hand and power tools

* Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition/subtraction

* Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
