Position Information EMR: Meditech Great support staff Generous base compensation $136,677 - $151,065 Paid relocation up to $7,500 CME Allowance Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer Facility Details CHI St. Joseph’s Health is a 25-bed critical access hospital Level 4 Trauma with 24/7 Services 10,000 annual ER visits 13-bed ED with 2 trauma bays Responsibilities Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training. Qualifications Successfully completed NP or PA degree program. A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.
