Responsibilities:

Help foster a positive and energetic atmosphere within the shop Embrace our wow factors such as hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massage to amplify your client's experience Be a champion of inclusivity ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued Engage in ongoing free education keeping your craft sharp and on point Qualifications:

Cosmetologist / Stylist Qualifications:

Must have an active Cosmetology License in the state performing services Passion for providing exceptional customer service Pride in your work and results Reliability, timeliness, and an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to stand for sustained periods of time Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
