Ultility Yield Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cover the assorted department jobs as needed

  • Perform the yields reconciliation

  • Perform the inventory control and reconciliation

  • Perform the Organic process and reconciliation

  • Perform the Recall process and be available as needed

  • Assist others as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Base hours: 8AM to 5PM, flexible while training, Monday Friday, Saturdays flexible dependent on production in all 3 production areas. Utility hours must be available to cover the 9PM to 6AM job as needed.

Qualified candidates for the yield clerk position should possess the following:

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Possess efficient data entry skills

  • Good work history, punctuality, and attendance

  • Team player

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with all National Beef Departments effectively

  • Good telephone etiquette skills

  • Possess a professional and positive attitude/conduct

  • Detail oriented

  • Self-motivated
