Director of Pharmacy Position: Full-TimeLocation: Berkeley, CASalary: $187,000 – $210,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary:We’re looking for a Director of Pharmacy to lead our onsite pharmacy at a busy community health clinic. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide a collaborative team, and ensure our patients receive the highest level of service and medication safety. Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and evaluate all pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance and service quality Develop and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff to promote continuous professional growth Manage departmental budgets, contracts, and grants to support cost-effective operations Oversee medication procurement, storage, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances Serve as a consultant to clinical providers on medication therapy, formulary updates, and safety protocols Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and organizational ethics policies Represent the department in leadership meetings and professional forums Qualifications PharmD or BPharm degree Active California Pharmacist License Proven management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical best practices Benefits Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with 3% company match Submit your CV today #J-18808-Ljbffr
