Job Description
Seeking a Cook/Stewardess for a new Private 28-meter M/Y, explorer style vessel. Active American owners and lovely Captain onboard. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, strong leadership and organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and be proficient throughout all aspects of interior: housekeeping and laundry. Vessel runs with a team of 3 (including cook/stew). Fantastic team dynamic onboard; candidates must be drama free and please no inflated egos. Owner loves interesting and eclectic flavors, Owner loves to fish so a candidate who is skilled with creating fresh catch dinners. Must be experienced with cooking for dietary restrictions, specifically Celiac.

Couples Position: Mate & Cook/Stew

Winter 2023: Caribbean, Bahamas, South Florida

Summer 2023: Sag Harbor, Hamptons

Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

Skills and Attributes Required:
Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Cook/Stewardess on 25+m M/Y or S/Y
Proficient throughout all aspects of the interior; housekeeping, laundry, and basic service knowledge
Positive and outgoing personality
Ability to cook a variety of foods and provide a varied menu for both guests and crew
Competent in provisioning and monitoring stock and inventories
Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
Professional Presentation

Qualifications Required:
STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
Food & Hygiene Level 2
Seafarers Medical Certificate
Valid B1 Visa

Female only due to cabin arrangements

Non-Smoker/No Visible Tattoos
