Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
•Knowledge of craft beer
•Must be able to multi-task
•Must have sense of urgency
•Ability to maintain a clean environment in a busy setting
•Ability to lift 50 lbs. plus
•Ability to change kegs
•Ability to follow the cooler plan and stock bottles correctly
•Keep bar top clean by clearing empty glasses/glasses, throwing away tattered coasters, and clearing menus.
•Wash glasses.
•Put glasses away in designated areas.
•Monitor garbage behind the bar and on the floor.
•Cut and restock garnishes throughout the night.
•Check coolers stocked by staff at the end of the night to ensure everything is put away properly.
•Make sure the entire bar is wiped down and mopped at the end of the night.
