Construction Laborer

**Description**Seeking striping / D.O.T highway workers / flaggers for highway projects here in San Antonio. ****THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE******Job Responsibilities**• Work with highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint and other pavement marking materials.• Perform and complete all work in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines, while maximizing production.• Drive company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms, and ensure equipment is in working order.• Perform maintenance and repair of equipment.• Properly load material on trucks.• Maintain proper safety equipment and uniform required for each job.**Qualifications**+ Self-starter with a strong work ethic.+ Previous experience in striping, pavement marking, highway construction, asphalt paving, or a related field, is a plus+ Must be able to work 12 overnights per day but shift is overnight+ Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds+ Must be familiar with local driving laws and regulations**Shift / Pay / Location**+ Monday – Friday 6pm to 6am, some weekends (Must be able to work overtime)+ Located in San Antonio but must be able to travel when necessary+ $18 per hour, $27 per hour for any hours worked more than 40 hours.
