REQUIREMENTS

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to an environment for our team and guests that is fun, professional and in alignment with our company values.
  • Work with the team to execute the goals communicated in the pre-shift huddle.
  • Assist team members as needed or as directed by leadership team.
  • Engage our guests by creating delightful experiences while providing a guest friendly environment.

  • Follow all Company policies, procedures, systems, processes, and direction.
  • Provide good communication with leadership team and peers.
  • Be empowered to assess and solve guest needs.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the leadership team.?
  • Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.?
  • Determines amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems.?
  • Ensures availability of supplies and food or approved substitutions inadequate time for preparation.?
  • Serves or ensures proper serving of food.?
  • Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.?
  • Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.?
  • Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item.?
  • Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.?
  • Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.?
  • Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved.?
  • Apportions food for serving.?
  • Maintains daily production records.?
  • Keeps work area neat and clean at all times.?
  • Cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation.?
  • Completes food temperature checks before service.?

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Food handlers permit before employment begins.?
  • Completes the job safety training.?
  • To be qualified you must maintain proper grooming, hygiene and uniform standards based on company policies and guidelines.
