What you will do:
Performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as HVAC and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation.
How you will do it:
- Requisitions of new supplies and equipment.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
- Perform other duties as required.
What we look for:
Required
- Looking for someone with general maintenance and HVAC experience
- At least 2 years' experience in HVAC commercial
- At least 2 years' experience in general maintenance
- Requires knowledge of various plumbing maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.
- Install, repair and maintain pipes, valve fittings, drainage systems in a commercial structure.
- Collaborate with general contractors, Electricians and other construction professionals.
- Response to diagnose and resolve pluming emergencies.
- Must be able work various shifts and holidays as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check.
- Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
