FLSA Status: Hourly

Founded in 1986, CS Manufacturing, is a full-service injection molder offering total program management capabilities. Our 177,000 square foot manufacturing facility has been designed to provide a world-class work environment that features highly automated, flexible work centers, on-line and off-line assembly cells, quality lab, training center, warehouse, bulk material silos, and underground utilities.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the shift supervisor, this position will provide maintenance and technical support to the operations team in a plastic injection molding environment. This position will also assist in tool repair as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
* Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in equipment operation
* Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance
* Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the entire facility.
* Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.
* Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
* Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
* Provide assistance in tool and mold repair.
* Maintain clean work area
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Good work ethic
* Tooling and mold repair
* Ability to weld and fabricate
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Team player
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
