Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range125,000.00/yr – 145,000.00/yrAccount Executive at Stratacuity: Proven Scientific PlacementOur Boston based biotechnology client is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to support the planning and execution of a first‑in‑human clinical trial. Reporting to the SVP of Clinical Development, this role focuses on global trial start‑up, CRO/vendor oversight, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:Drive day‑to‑day operations across global sitesOversee feasibility, site selection, start‑up, and monitoringSupport training, regulatory submissions, and protocol developmentManage CROs, vendors, and internal teams to meet timelines and quality standardsEnsure GCP compliance, data integrity, and proactive risk mitigationMentor Clinical Operations staff and foster a collaborative team cultureQualifications:Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or equivalent experience5+ years in clinical trial management (biotech/pharma/CRO)Strong global trial execution and stakeholder engagement skillsDeep understanding of GCP, ICH, and regulatory standardsProven leadership and solution‑oriented mindsetAbout Stratacuity:Whether you are seeking a career change or simply interested in becoming part of our network, you will appreciate the ethics guiding each Stratacuity team member.
