Shipping and Wire Coordinator – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM – IN OFFICE POSITION – West Plano, TX.
Job Description: The Shipping and Wire Coordinator in the title industry is responsible for managing the logistics of shipping documents and packages and setting up the outgoing wires for the files that are funded. This role ensures that all necessary paperwork is accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner. This role also ensures that all wire transfers are accurately processed and recorded, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and shipment of documents and packages for files funded.
- Ensure all shipping details comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Track and manage the status of shipments, resolving any delays or issues that arise.
- Manage inventory of shipping supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Verify and validate wire instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process wire transfers in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the title department.
Qualifications:
- Previous title industry experience not required, but prior success in a fast-paced shipping, wire or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resware experience is a plus.
