We are partnering with a renowned law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Transactional Attorney with over eight years of experience in various legal domains to join our team. A book of business is not required, but you must have strong skills, aptitude, and a work ethic.

Job Summary: Transactional Attorney will provide expert legal advice and services in commercial and corporate law, contract law, construction law, wills and estates, and immigration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience drafting legal documents, managing commercial transactions, and offering general legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, wills, estates, and representation agreements.
  • Handle residential and commercial conveyancing and financing transactions.
  • Provide legal advice in commercial law, contract law, construction law, property assessment, and insurance.
  • Manage corporate and business law matters, including incorporation, dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
  • Oversee the purchase and sale of businesses (assets and shares).
  • Advise on commercial leasing arrangements.
  • Offer legal support in immigration matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing legal issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a solicitor with a strong background in insurance.
  • Extensive experience in wills, estates, representation agreements, and conveyancing.
  • Proficient in legal drafting and providing general legal advice in commercial, contract, and construction law.
  • Solid corporate and business law understanding, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and commercial leasing.
  • Experience in immigration law.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
