About the Role: As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of business partners, software engineers, and stakeholders to deliver human-centered, intuitive digital experiences. You'll dive deep into user needs, design cutting-edge graphic elements, and shape delightful user journeys. You'll play a vital role in translating complex business challenges into intuitive solutions that elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners and software engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conceptualize and visualize user journeys using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Design engaging and intuitive user interface elements and digital process flows.
  • Develop low and high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Craft original graphic designs, including icons, images, and UI components.
  • Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges (e.g., responsiveness, usability).
  • Adjust designs based on feedback, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain design consistency by adhering to established style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, IT, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design (or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and digital design patterns.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams on complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
