We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our company, GMC Property Management. We are a family owned and managed company that has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, someone who is detail-oriented, professional, organized and able to multi-task, while always maintaining great customer service. Leasing Agent Job Responsibilities include Provide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residents Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment Must be familiar with apartment and multi-family leasing and Fair Housing laws Marketing online and in the surrounding areas to obtain new residents Manage incoming calls and emails for the property Schedule and perform tours of the community for potential residents Close sale to convert tour to application for residency Meet and/or exceed leasing goals set by Manager Manage current resident concerns as well as the renewal process to enhance resident retention Maintain all prospect, resident and leasing data in a leasing software program Collect and secure rental payments Provide accounting support to Property Manager Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations This is a Full-time position and Saturdays are required. Salary Package Competitive salary based on experience Monthly Bonus Potential for Leases and Renewals Discounted rental package Paid time off Program Dental, Health, Vision, and 401K offered after 60 days
