Senior Consultants (Expert Bench) Avenir Management Partners is an advisory firm based in Boston serving life sciences innovators, global health organizations, research centers, and mission‑driven companies. We are seeking mid‑ to senior‑level Senior Consultants to join our Avenir Expert Bench — a flexible group of part‑time consultants who contribute expertise to discrete client engagements. Hours will align to project needs, and consultants are Avenir employees with opportunities to participate in team activities, communication rhythms, and a learning environment. Preference will be given to professionals based in the Greater Boston area. What You’ll Do Specific responsibilities will depend on your expertise. Senior Consultants may: contribute structured analysis, insight, or subject‑matter expertise support the development of client‑facing materials (memos, frameworks, briefings, decks) participate in strategy discussions, scoping, or problem‑framing join client calls, workshops, or stakeholder engagements collaborate with senior team members on solutions and recommendations Expertise Areas We’re Looking For Transactions / Business Development Life Sciences Clinical Development Finance & Valuation Regulatory Affairs Market Access Global Health / LMIC Health Systems Public Policy Negotiations & Stakeholder Engagement Strategic Partnerships Who You Are Experienced professional in one or more areas above Curious and energized by learning across new topics A strong communicator with excellent writing and synthesis skills Collaborative, thoughtful, and comfortable with ambiguity Organized and reliable with a high bar for quality Mission‑driven; committed to impact and integrity Qualifications 5–15+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated expertise in at least one domain listed above Strong communication and project contribution skills Comfort with flexible, project‑based work and shifting priorities Comfort with Google Suite, Notion, or similar tools What You’ll Gain Meaningful, high‑impact project work aligned to your expertise Flexible schedule and the ability to join projects on demand Exposure to work spanning life sciences, global health, and market access Opportunities for growth as the firm expands A collaborative, mission‑aligned team and environment Our Process Interested candidates should click Apply and follow the brief instructions A representative of Avenir will reach out with next steps if it is a good match Thank you -The Team at Avenir #J-18808-Ljbffr
