(ANSER) is seeking a Joint Military Trainer to help clients drive alignment with their business, improve organizational and human resource performance and establish a culture focused on adding business value. In this Joint Military Trainer role, you will help clients through critical and complex issues.Day to Day Responsibilities:Facilitate the observation and evaluation of exercise and training objectives for the Department of Defense (DoD) and its subordinate battle staffs.Conduct training assessments of joint functional areas in the DoD.Work with appropriate headquarters staff members, documenting training outcomes, and ensuring inputs to exercise summary reports and databases.Attend battle rhythm events as required and represent equities in these events.Attend planning and training events for operations, representing Joint Training and Analysis equities.Deliver briefs regarding Joint Training and Analysis equities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldActive TS/SCI Clearance3+ years of related experiencePay Information:Full Time Salary Range: $102,000 to $170,000 US. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations, local market, internal equity, candidate qualifications such as skills, education and experience.
