You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will uncover customer needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs. You will be in control of your own future with a combination of salary, commissions, bonuses, and benefits with you being in control of your potential RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Reach out to potential customers and provide quotes Ask detailed questions to uncover coverage needs for customers QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Great attitude and work ethic. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
