This is your opportunity to set the standard for a new class of medicine and make a lasting impact in gene therapy.Base pay range: $180,000/yr – $200,000/yrAbout the RoleAs a Regional Scientific Director, you will:Spearhead the education of Principal Investigators, Centers of Excellence, Key Opinion Leaders, and healthcare teams on cutting‑edge CRISPR‑based gene editing technologiesPlay a crucial role in our client’s groundbreaking Phase 3 trials for Hereditary Angioedema and ATTR amyloidosis with cardiomyopathyBridge the gap between clinical development and real‑world application of revolutionary therapiesKey ResponsibilitiesFoster strong relationships with investigators and institutional stakeholders to optimize clinical trial executionProvide expert scientific support and operational insights to study sitesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance patient recruitment and site activationEducate stakeholders on CRISPR/Cas9 technology and emerging approaches in disease managementGather and analyze valuable insights on patient experiences and healthcare system dynamicsIdeal Candidate ProfileDoctorate level degree (Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O.) with 5+ years of industry or related field experienceExtensive clinical or clinical trial experience in rare diseases or genetic medicine; priority given to candidates with HAE experiencePrior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or Clinical Trial LiaisonNew product launch experience (preferred)Exceptional communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive resultsPassion for advancing medical science and improving patient outcomesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with cutting‑edge gene‑editing technologiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and expertiseChance to make a significant impact on patient lives and the future of medicineBenefits include: Medical insurance, vision insurance, 401(k)Travel requirement: 50–70% travel, including overnight stays.
