Responsibilities
As a LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.
Qualifications1. Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
2. Must possess automobile liability insurance.
3. Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
4. Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
5. Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
6. Must be c u r r e n t l y l i c e n s e d a s a L i c e n s e d Pr ra c t i c a l Nurse in the N u r s e i n t h e State of employment.
Additional InformationFull time positions and part-time exempt positions accrue Paid Days Off (PDO), based on the total number of hours in the expected workweek, up to 30 days per year. PDO time is inclusive of vacation, sick and company recognized holidays. Part-Time or PRN positions accrue Washington Paid State Sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
