We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Quality Control Inspector. Suitable candidates are prepared to work in a bustling, multi-discipline, collaborative environment across all departments.

*Qualifications*
* 2-year minimum experience in a quality control/manufacturing environment
* Effective communication in English, verbally and written (required)
* Spanish speaking a plus
* Team-oriented, customer-focused work ethic and time management skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Word, and MS Excel
* Well-developed problem solving and decision-making abilities
* Attitude of collaboration and desire to develop through learning
* Experience with metals a plus, but not required—we will train

*Job Description*

The Quality Control Inspector conducts first piece, in-process, and final inspections of parts and products throughout the entire product flow in production. Inspectors follow appropriate documentation standards per the quality management system. This position is hands on and involves dimensional measurements, paperwork, spending some time out on the production floor and in shipping to communicate with other departments about needed documents, rejections, and more.

*Specific Requirements*
* Work efficiently as part of a team in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
* Be willing to work with and participate in internal and external audits
* Coordinate with Quality team and management to ensure finished and raw materials meet all quality requirements
* Tag and segregate non-conformance materials as well as alert department leads to pause production and/or hold stock from being shipped
* Independently address problems that arise within area of responsibility
* Interact effectively with other employees within the department and the company
* Report to Quality Manager and Quality Control Supervisor any product rejections, safety concerns, ideas for improvement, etc.—we look forward to your input and perspective

*Education*

Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Trade school, college, and military experience welcome, or a combination of any.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
