About the Role The Litigation Paralegal at Ifrah Law is a key member of the firm’s white-collar litigation and gaming law team, providing comprehensive case management and trial support. This role requires an experienced, professional, detail-oriented, highly organized professional who is adaptable and proactive in fluid situations and can independently manage complex litigation tasks while supporting associate and senior attorneys. What You’ll Do Manage all phases of litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft, proof, and finalize pleadings, discovery responses, and pre-trial materials. Coordinate document management, e-discovery, and case file organization across paper and electronic systems. Prepare for and assist in depositions, hearings, and trials, including managing exhibits and logistics. Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision. Oversee and mentor a junior paralegal, delegating and reviewing core case management and administrative tasks. What You’ll Bring Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of litigation procedures and court rules (federal and state). Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent judgment, organization, and communication skills. Proficient in Westlaw, Pacer, e-discovery platforms, and case management tools. Composed and adaptable under pressure; strong service orientation and professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred. Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a specialized litigation practice. Proven experience managing all stages of complex litigation, including trial and arbitration preparation. Performance Expectations Delivers accurate, high-quality work on time and within budget.
