Eleven Recruiting is searching for a Contracts Manager to join one of our largest financial services clients sitting onsite in Westlake CA. The Contracts Manager leads the contract lifecycle process including supplier commodity management processes, contractual service level agreements (SLAs), source selection, contract negotiations, and implementation processes. As the Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of contract formation, negotiation and administration of policies and processes in accordance with customer expectations and corporate strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to support operational process improvement and coordination to ensure effective contract execution and data capture
- Negotiate terms for smaller contracts
- Work on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
- Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment on business matters
- Participate on negotiating teams to complete moderate complexity contracts
- Manage multiple contracts and projects with varying deadlines
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Paralegal certification and/or other legal qualification, contracts or equivalent work experience is highly desired
- Certified Purchasing Manager or related certification a plus
