We're looking for a dynamic salesperson to join our team The salesperson works under the Manager and Assistant Manager of the store. It is important that the salesperson exhibits qualities that allow them to work well with other members of the team as well as individually with customers. The Salesperson is expected to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Create great customer experiences by taking care of the customer and their vehicle needs by sharing expert advice on tires, services & warranties. This includes respectful behavior, creating a pleasant environment, and striving to communicate clearly and respectfully. You must be driven to learn about the services and products we provide and their best applications, and stay current in training and vendor updates. 2. Help keep our store looking top-notch Maintain a clean and presentable space for customers to enjoy while in the store. This includes inside and outside of building, to create a safe and presentable environment for staff and customers. Help maintain inventory and ensure the prudent usage of inventory items, including intake and stocking of delivered inventory items such as tires, parts, and fluids. 3. Support the manager of the store with day-to-day functions of the store. Be a team player and help in functions requested that is needed to maintain the business. Help with events put on by WSTCI. 4. The scheduled hours may include working opening and/or closing shifts, holidays, overtime, and Saturdays. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and sales experience preferred but not required. Most Big O Tires stores are individually owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchisee makes the staffing and hiring decisions for the individual location(s). However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
