br>Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Urologist. ARMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.

Job Description
  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
  • On call 10 days per month
  • 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
  • 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
  • 17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
  • 2 Current Urologists in the Group
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
  • Equipment: PVR Scanner
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting Locums submissions
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
  • Sign on bonus (negotiable)

  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

Submission Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
  • OH license (or willing to obtain)
  • BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
  • State experience with procedures: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy
  • Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
