RN Clinical Director - $5k Sign-On Bonus Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience to lead an amazing team of clinicians as their Clinical Director. This position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Provide guidance and support to an amazing team of clinicians, fostering continuous enhancement of hospice care services. Conduct meticulous chart audits and maintain medical records for compliance with regulations and certification standards. Participate in the development of orientation and in‑service training for staff. Evaluate and elevate clinical staff performance during probation and annually, offering instruction and counseling. Lead interdisciplinary team gatherings to refine patient/family care plans and encourage insight sharing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred. Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state where the office is located. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a nurse, including at least 1 year of direct patient care in a hospice, home health, or oncology setting. Experience in hospice or home health care supervision preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of terminal care with expertise in crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, bedside nursing, and family counseling. Ability to execute a supportive, sensitive approach to staff and patient/family needs. Maintains CPR certification if required by state. Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 per year (average salary range). Compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
