We leverage data-driven insights, real-time alerts, and personalized feedback to foster safer driving in commercial vehicles.We are working in a hybrid mode- 2 days from home and 3 days from our offices.If you’re passionate about designing impactful, life-saving products, we’d love to have you join our teamAbout the position:As our new Release and Delivery Manager, you will lead delivery processes, ensuring seamless sprint cycles and release management. You will assume a key role in driving our teams forward by improving processes, managing project timelines, and streamlining communication to deliver top-notch software solutions.This is a cross-functional, hands-on role, reporting to our VP of Product & Technology.Responsibilities:Own and oversee the delivery and release of products, ensuring the full lifecycle is executed efficiently.Manage and own the sprint cadence, including planning, timeline, scope, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of all milestones across different product pieplinesMonitor and track project progress to identify any risks or delays. Proactively resolve any issues that could impact the timeline or quality of the projectFacilitate seamless collaboration and communication across Product, Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure projects are delivered with quality and on time.Set clear release plans and timelines to ensure smooth and predictable product launches across both mobile, web and platform pipelines.Be an active, hands-on team player, supporting quality assurance efforts, test drives, and driving success in all aspects of the project. Lead by example to ensure teams are motivated and aligned toward a common goal.Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and workflows. Introduce changes that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall product quality.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Sprint Manager, or Technical Project Manager, ideally in SaaS companies.Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ industrial engineering- preferred.Proven track record in managing technical projects, from planning and execution to delivery.Experience in leading agile methodologies such as Scrum (Agile certifications or equivalent a plus).Strong understanding of R&D processes, methodologies, and best practices for software development.Hands-on experience with Jira and other software project management tools to manage sprints, tasks, and releases.Ability to understand technical workflows and offer creative solutions to streamline processes and solve problems.Deep knowledge of IT systems, digital technologies, and SaaS development practices.Results-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutionsHighly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both direct and indirect employees and business partners.Exceptional communication skills – articulate in both written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, strategies, and product narratives.A true team player with a collaborative, problem-solving approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
