Shape tomorrow's learning landscape today What You Will Be Doing Architect and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting private educational institutions, creating a robust opportunity funnel from initial engagement through successful partnerships Deliver dynamic demonstrations that bring our transformative learning methodology to life, addressing specific institutional challenges and goals Own the entire sales journey as a self‑directed professional, from identifying prospects to securing contracts that drive significant revenue milestones Cultivate meaningful partnerships with educational leaders and decision‑makers across the private school landscape Maintain meticulous pipeline management through our CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking and strategic forecasting What You Won’t Be Doing Leading or supervising others – this is a dynamic individual contributor position focused on direct sales impact Operating within restrictive frameworks – you'll pioneer the strategies that define our market approach Depending on extensive support infrastructure for lead generation or deal closure Competing in saturated markets with commoditized offerings Sales Director Key Responsibilities Spearhead revenue expansion by securing strategic partnerships with private educational institutions for our 2 Hour Learning platform, building market dominance and delivering a sustainable growth trajectory year after year. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of B2B sales excellence with documented success in achieving and surpassing revenue objectives Demonstrated expertise in full‑cycle sales management, from initial prospecting through successful deal completion Background in educational markets (K-12 US institutions) or related sectors including EdTech, SaaS, or professional services highly valued Excellence in consultative sales methodologies and strategic relationship development Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot US-based location requirement Comprehensive knowledge of the American private school ecosystem and market dynamics Flexibility for extensive travel (50‑75%) to engage with educational clients and participate in industry events About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
